Mon-Mall Terms of Service
Welcome to use the products and related services provided by Mon-Mall UK (hereinafter referred to as "Platform"). These Terms of Service (hereinafter referred to as "Terms") constitute a legal agreement between you and Mon-Mall (hereinafter referred to as "We", a legally operating entity in the UK) regarding your access to, use of the Platform, and purchasing of our products. Please read these Terms carefully before accessing, using the Platform, or placing an order for products. Your access, use, or placing an order will be deemed as your acceptance of and agreement to these Terms. If you do not agree with these Terms, please do not use any of our services.
1. Service Scope and Applicable Users
We operate legally in the UK, and the products, order processing, logistics delivery, customer support, and other related services provided on the Platform are only available to users within the UK. All products comply with UK laws and regulations and quality standards to ensure lawful circulation.These Terms apply to all users who access, use the Platform, or purchase products from us, including individual and legitimate business users. For all successfully paid orders, we will complete stock preparation, quality checks, and dispatch within 1-3 business days (excluding weekends and UK public holidays). After dispatch, the normal delivery time within the UK is 7-10 business days. Delivery times may be slightly delayed due to logistics peak periods, remote addresses, etc., and we will track the logistics status throughout and promptly update the user.We provide standardized customer support services. If the product cannot be delivered and we cannot reach the user, we have the right to cancel the order, deduct necessary logistics and preparation costs, and refund the remaining amount to the user.If the user wishes to cancel an order, they must contact customer service before the order has been dispatched. In the event of force majeure (such as natural disasters, wars, logistics disruptions, government policy changes, etc.) that prevent us from fulfilling our delivery or service obligations on time, we will not be held liable for breach of contract. We will promptly notify users and negotiate a solution (such as order cancellation, refund, etc.) based on the actual situation.If the user experiences losses due to their own operational errors, incorrect information, or failure to cooperate with logistics delivery on time, the user will bear the responsibility, and we will not be liable.If there are delivery issues due to logistics service providers (such as delays, package loss, damage, etc.), we will assist the user in communicating with the logistics provider but will not assume direct compensation responsibility (unless otherwise agreed).8. Dispute Resolution
